When will it be delivered?
Your item will be delivered within 3-7 working days in Galway City & County, although we always strive to deliver before this, outside Galway city & County deliveries may take longer.
How much is home delivery?
· Delivery in Galway city and county is €19.99 for large appliances.
Delivery of American Fridge Freezers in Galway is €39.99
Delivery in Galway requiring 2 persons (in the case of upstairs delivery) is €39.99
· Small item delivery in Galway city and county is €6.99
· Delivery nationwide is €29.99 for large appliances
Small item delivery nationwide is €6.99
Delivery of American Fridge Freezers is €99.00 nationwide
If you order multiple items online, you’ll pay a maximum €19.99 for Galway city and county for delivery, and €29.99 for Delivery Nationwide.
Small item delivery charge is €6.99 – no matter how many products you order. So if you order multiple items online, you’ll pay a maximum of €6.99 for delivery in Galway city and county and €6.99 nationwide. If you order a large and small item together the larger delivery charge of €19.99 will apply for Galway city and county and €29.99 delivery nationwide.
We use an post express signature delivery for small items, or a courier company therefore a signature will be required when delivered, when your item is collected by an post from us you will receive a tracking number.
We use Primeline for Large Deliveries Nationwide who will contact you regarding your delivery.
Primeline will sent a text day before delivery with a estimated 4 hour window for delivery.

Order online and collect your order for free from either of our Galway locations — free on every order, large or small.
How it works
- Add your items to the basket and choose In-Store Collection at checkout.
- We prepare your order — this can take 3–5 working days for items not held in immediate stock.
- We contact you by phone or email as soon as your order is ready to collect.
- Bring your order confirmation and photo ID to collect.

Ballybane warehouse — Unit 32, Ballybane Industrial Estate, Galway, H91 CK38.
Collection times: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–10:30am.
Westside store — Unit 2, Westside Shopping Centre, Westside, Galway, H91 W8N4.
Monday–Friday 9:30am–6:00pm, Saturday 9:30am–5:30pm.

How much is delivery to a store?
· In Store Collection for a large appliance is free.

Delivery Times Our standard deliveries are made between the hours of 9.30am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday in Galway City and County. A signature will be required upon delivery. For large appliances our driver will contact you prior to delivery. Special orders from the manufacturer may take longer to deliver. You will be notified if there is an extended delivery on any item you purchase
