Overview

The Sage Oracle Dual Boiler is the most advanced Oracle Sage has made, built to bring café quality espresso home with as much or as little hands-on work as you like.

A 5.7 inch touch screen switches between two modes: Auto, which handles every stage for you, and Manual, for a hands-on barista experience. Stainless steel dual boilers let you extract espresso and steam milk at the same time, and PID temperature control holds the extraction temperature, adjustable in 1 degree steps.

The Auto Puck System grinds, doses and tamps each puck, using integrated Baratza European Precision Burrs with 45 settings. The Auto Dial-In system monitors every shot for under or over extraction and adjusts the grind to help improve the next one. A professional 58mm stainless steel portafilter holds a 22g dose.

Auto MilQ textures silky microfoam hands-free, with settings for dairy, soy, almond and oat milk, temperatures from 45°C to 75°C and 9 texture levels. There are 16 pre-set recipes, from Espresso and Flat White to Iced Latte and Espresso Martini, plus room for 8 drinks of your own. With the Sage+ Coffee App you can switch the machine on and pre-heat it remotely over Wi-Fi.
