Sony Bravia Theatre Bar 6 3.1.2ch Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer | HTB600.CEK

Overview

Sound Straight From Cinema

Experience authentic cinema surround sound in your living room. BRAVIA Theatre Bar 6 supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, creating an immersive multi-dimensional soundscape that brings movies to life as directors intended.

Hear Sound From Overhead

Up-firing speakers direct sound off the ceiling to surround you with audio from above. This added dimension elevates every moment, making you feel truly inside the action.

Sound From Above

Thanks to Sony’s virtual surround technology, the soundbar can position sound in vertical space—so you can experience three-dimensional audio without the need for in-ceiling speakers. As well as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, Vertical Surround Engine lends a more realistic, multi-dimensional sound to other formats too.

Sound From Sides

Using front speakers only, Sony’s digital sound field processing technology virtually reproduces the surround sound field, with audio coming at you from both sides. You can enjoy rich, cinematic surround sound without cluttering your living space.

Upmix Stereo Content to Surround Sound

Sony's unique upmixer delivers rich surround sound even from stereo content. Its innovative algorithm extracts and redistributes individual audio objects to immerse you in 3D sound.

Rich, Powerful Bass Sound

A powerful wireless subwoofer delivers a deeper, richer bass sound – and with simple wireless connection, where you place it is up to you.

X-Balanced Speaker Unit

The speakers’ unique rectangular shape maximises the diaphragm area for punchy bass. It also reduces driver excursion and maintains sound pressure, ensuring less distortion and greater vocal clarity.

Centre Speaker for Clear Dialogue

A dedicated centre speaker ensures crystal-clear voice reproduction in every scene. From intense conversations to hushed whispers, you'll catch every word with precision, enhancing your viewing experience across all types of content.

Voice Mode

Enhances vocal clarity by boosting mid-range frequencies, making dialogue easier to hear in various scenes. For compatible BRAVIA TVs, Voice Zoom 3 offers additional fine-tuning of dialogue for improved comprehension.

Clear Voice and Precise Sound Image

Using a single speaker unit to reproduce a wide frequency range from bass to treble simultaneously can cause distortion and result in a muffled and unclear sound image. Sony unique signal processing technology suppresses this distortion for clear dialogue and precise imaging.

Crystal Clear Voice. Precise Dialogue

No more muffled voices. Combined with compatible BRAVIA, Sony new Voice Zoom 3 powered by AI machine learning recognises human voices and amplifies or reduces their volume so even faint dialogue sounds loud and clear.

Soundbar Position

If you have a BRAVIA with a multi-position stand, you can change the position of the TV stand and fit the BRAVIA Theatre Bar 6 in front of the TV for a clean, elegant look.

Sleek and Stable with Soundbar Foot

The soundbar foot allows the soundbar to sit neatly above the TV stands of select BRAVIA models, creating a sleek, integrated look that saves you space.

Do it All with BRAVIA Connect

The BRAVIA Connect smartphone app guides you through initial settings, assists with troubleshooting, and lets you control volume, sound field and more. It also notifies you about software updates and lets you control a compatible TV too.

Simple and Intuitive Remote

Comfort and simplicity at your fingertips. Sony remote's hand-fit design and easy volume and sound controls keep your experience effortless.

Control at Your Fingertips—Volume, Bass, Sound Modes

Enjoy instant control over your audio with multiple sound modes, including Night Mode, Voice Mode, Bass Adjustment, and more. This remote makes it easy to fine-tune your sound for any occasion.

Bluetooth Connection

Stream audio content wirelessly. Bluetooth® technology makes it easy to enjoy music, podcasts and more from your smartphone, tablet or laptop.

Give Your Favourite Music a Boost

When an original music source is compressed, it loses the high-frequency elements that give detail and richness to a track. Sony Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) faithfully restores these to produce high-quality sound that’s closer to the original recording.

Effortless Control with BRAVIA

Control surround sound easily with your BRAVIA TV remote. Sound settings automatically appear on the BRAVIA Quick Settings menu for easy control of features, like Sound Field and volume.
